How the email digest works

The Hantavirus.app email digest keeps you informed about outbreak developments without requiring you to visit the site constantly.

Subscribing

1. Visit hantavir.us.com/subscribe
2. Enter your email address
3. Select your preferred language (English, Arabic, or French)
4. Choose which regions you want to monitor (optional — default is all regions)
5. Click "Subscribe"
6. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate

What you'll receive

• Breaking alerts: Sent immediately when a new PHEIC or high-risk outbreak is declared
• Daily digest: Summary of case count changes, new regions, and advisories (only sent when there are updates)
• Weekly summary: A weekly roundup of all hantavirus activity worldwide

Managing your subscription

• Update preferences: Change regions, language, or frequency via the preferences page
• Unsubscribe: Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also visit hantavir.us.com/unsubscribe
